RETURN REQUEST

If you wish to return an order, please fill out the form below with your name, email, and order number.

RETURN CONDITIONS

We accept returns within 14 days after you received your order. Please notice that the product must be in unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

REFUND

Once we have received the item and confirmed that it is in the required condition, we will issue a refund to the same account used for the original purchase.

Before you make an order, be aware that every item is made to order, and you will receive your item within 2-6 weeks.
